Mission
Most AI consultancies optimize for implementation speed. We optimize for organizational consciousness: empathy, transparency, ethics, education, and collaboration between humans and machines. The Index Humanismu is the measuring instrument for that work.
Approach
Two flagship products: the AI Radar — a longitudinal diagnostic that tracks how employees perceive AI integration quality over time — and facilitated peer-learning cohorts that bring together owners of mid-sized companies and corporate managers to discuss the practice of conscious AI adoption. Around them we build courses, events, and a growing library of case studies.
Context
The Index Humanismu grew out of the mindsnapshot.com research program on organizational health. It applies the same rigor to a newer question: how do we bring AI into our organizations without losing our humanity?
