How it works

Fill in a short application — the topic you want to bring and your experience leading a group of people.
A personal meeting
We invite selected applicants to meet in person. No paper approvals — we want to talk through the topic, the format and the next steps.
Your public profile
After the meeting you get the lead role and a public profile with a photo and bio where you present your approach.
Launching the cohort
You create the cohort in your Hub, open recruitment, accept applications, share materials and lead the discussion.
